We identify core problems and possible solutions. You decide where to go next while I advise and provide estimates for time, cost and complexity. We prioritise each step and I create a plan (or detailed software specification) for your project.
Setting The Plan In Motion
I get to work on turning your project into reality. In real time, you keep an eye on the progress and budget on my online platform. In regular meetings, you experiment with the product in its current state, providing feedback and requesting changes.
Bringing It To Life
You unveil your brand new, high quality web software. The system goes live, and I ensure that everything runs smoothly while continuously fleshing out the details and any additional features.
Keeping It Growing
I monitor and maintain your software, keeping it secured and up to date. Using helpful metrics, we review the system periodically to stay on track with your goals and growth.
Full Transparency - Always
I use OpenProject to document and track project tasks, costs, meeting notes and much more. You can access my platform any time to stay up to date on your project's progress and budget.
